All the folks I worked with at Crash Champions were professional, courteous, accurate in their assessment of the repairs needed and approximate turnaround time. I appreciated them working with my insurance provider. I also appreciated receiving regular texts updating me on the status of my vehicle's repair work. I was especially happy that the vehicle was ready one day ahead of schedule. I would use Crash Champions again and would refer my friends to them as well.

These people are the best. Even before choosing them as the shop I webt with, they walked me through the insurance process and what to do about my specific situation. They were empathetic and informative. My new car got a bad door ding and they were able to fix that and polished other scratches in the car! Awesome people who work the front desk as well. Shout out to Robin for her helpfulness and kindness throughout the process. Super grateful for the crash champion team on Lincoln!

If you have the option to take your vehicle to another place, do it.I have never been more frustrated by an auto body repair shop. After telling me my vehicle would be done in 4 weeks, I'm going on week six without my vehicle. They keep telling me it will be done by a specific day, only to find out that it is still not ready. Today for instance, I was told my vehicle would be done by the end of business. I showed up to pick it up and found it sitting outside with no front or back windows, bumpers are off,hood is off. Basically my vehicle is still not done and I don't know when it will be ready. Horrible, horrible customer service.was lied to on numerous occasions. Even the manager Bryan tried to smooth things over but he just basically told me what I wanted to hear.Will never bring another vehicle to crash champions again.

I took my car in for PDR, Kaiden at the front desk was lovely and kept in direct contact with me! The hail damage was minor but they fixed it with no issues and made it good as new! When they were pulling some of the dents some clear coat had failed from a previous shops work, Fred the painter blended it and you could never tell that it had been repainted! I recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop!

Crash Champions will leave your vehicle in a worse state than you give it to them, and even if they don't, they'll still be a waste of your time. They do not value you, your insurance, and certainly not your time. Beyond the typical headache of dealing with insurance after a crash, I now have to do it all over again because of poorly Crash Champions performed their "repairs." They do HORRIBLE work, and they lie to you incessantly about the work they're actually performing. They were ten days delayed in returning my vehicle to me, all while lying every time we spoke on the phone, with the "it'll be ready tomorrow" story. When I picked it up, there were still shards of glass in my interior. Big ones, impossible to miss, and the exterior was worse. Yet, the general manager stood there and told me they cleaned the interior twice. TWICE?! Every gap in every body panel of the car that they touched is incorrect. They reinstalled EVERY piece incorrectly – gaps in the top of the windshield, new scratches in the paint, busted headlight. Then there's the SAFETY ISSUES - the windshield wipers were reinstalled incorrectly, so now the driver's side wiper, stops in the middle of my line of sight, instead of going to the edge of the windshield. The driver's side view mirror will not adjust correctly and instead points down at the rear door handle and the road just 20ft behind me. It does not adjust up so that I can see back a normal, safe distance. They DROVE MY CAR FOR OVER 50 MILES, and returned it to me with the gas light on and only 5mi until empty. It had a quarter tank of gas when they received it. That level of inconsiderate oversight is how they do their work.
